We will analyze the results from the filled-in questionnaire, build some hypothesis and preliminary conclusions, in preparation for the meeting.

We will conduct a one-to-one online conversation with the following objectives:

• Clarify the provided information and validate the conclusions from our analysis
• Identify key challenges in implementing the Business COMPASS Blueprint in your organization and develop solutions to overcome them
• Determine the next steps for implementing the Business COMPASS Blueprint
