The Business COMPASS Checkpoint is a one-to-one interactive meeting which provides clarity on how a business should use facts and figures to gain clarity on the current status and the future evolution.
Upon completing the Checkpoint, businesses gain insight into the key challenges they’ll face when implementing the Business COMPASS Blueprint system, along with strategies to overcome these challenges.
How does it work?
We will start, as it is always the case, with information gathering. You will be requested to fill in a questionnaire focusing on a high level understanding of the business.
We will analyze the results from the filled-in questionnaire, build some hypothesis and preliminary conclusions, in preparation for the meeting.
We will conduct a one-to-one online conversation with the following objectives:
- Clarify the provided information and validate the conclusions from our analysis
- Identify key challenges in implementing the Business COMPASS Blueprint in your organization and develop solutions to overcome them
- Determine the next steps for implementing the Business COMPASS Blueprint
